If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we kindly ask that you return the product to us. Here's how it works:

• The item must be returned to BanglaNest in its original packaging.

• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility (unless otherwise agreed upon).

• Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
